Returns

  • If you wish to return the products, you can return them within 7 days of receiving them. However, you shall return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
  • We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our delivery partner. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which a refund may not be possible.
  • Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of the certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification.
  • We would not accept any jewelry which shows any type of alteration done by any third-party jeweler, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
  • For the return of products the Customers should contact our customer support at aadeshwari.co@gmail.com ( within 7 days from the receipt of the product).
  • Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us for the same.
  • We will not entertain any return request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for any reasons whatsoever.
  • We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Any required changes and clarifications will be updated with immediate effect on our website. Suppose we make material changes to this policy. In that case, customers are requested to frequently browse through our policy to be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Exchange

  • We offer a lifetime exchange @100% value Policy for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department for the product free from any sort of damage/ wear/alteration/re-size etc. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding for any sort of Life-Time Exchange/Buy Back Scheme.
  • If the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, a proportional amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
  • For any sort of lifetime exchange we shall require the following:
    1. Original Product
    2.  Original/Copy of Invoice
    3. Product Certificate (If any)
    4. Valid Government. ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request
  • New order shall be Shipped in Exchange within 21 days after receiving the Original Product
  • In case of Life- Time exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • In case the exchanged value is applicable to exchange for a value higher than the exchange value.

7 Days Money Back Policy for In-Stock Products

  • 7 Days money back policy does not apply to custom-made products
  • Returns within 7 days of purchase (Maximum value INR 300000)
  • Refund is confirmed once our quality assurance team approves the product quality, its original invoice, and product certificate.
  • Once confirmed, all Refunds shall be done by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 2 weeks of receipt of product.
